Percy Road, W12
Design for a rear extension to the three storey Victorian terraced house to add a garden and reading room to the back of the house. Following receipt of the planning permission the full technical package was developed for building control and tender. Internal alterations and the addition of a first floor en-suite shower room were also part of the design scope.
